I hold various qualifications in Health and Social Care:

  • Qualifications
    • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young people’s services (England). 
    • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) for England.
    • Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems
    • Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF England)
    • Other qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management and Masters Degree in Accounting and Finance

I manage and support workers so they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability. As a Supporting Care Manager, I run the workplace according to standards and legislation and act as a positive role model to colleagues.
